Emergency locksmith

Locked out, keys gone, or a lock that has simply given up. We open it, usually without damage, and make it secure before we leave.

Lock replacement

New tenancy, lost keys, a relationship ended, a break-in, or an insurer asking for a standard you do not have. All the same job, done properly.

Broken key extraction and seized lock removal

Lock & key extraction

Key snapped in the lock, or a lock seized solid. Both come out, and the door does not have to come off with them.

Non-destructive entry

Opening a door without destroying the lock. It takes longer and it costs you less, which is exactly why it is not the industry default.

Front doors, back doors, flat entrances, communal doors and internal doors, fitted to a standard, not to whatever was in the van.

Window locks

How we work

What happens after you enquire

You tell us what has happened. A couple of lines and a postcode is enough to start. Photographs help and can follow on WhatsApp.
We come back with an estimate, free. Most jobs we can price from a description; for fire doors, multi-site contracts and anything structural we would rather come and look, which is also free.
We book it in. Emergencies we try to reach the same day. Planned work is normally one to two weeks out, often sooner, and we will tell you honestly which.
You get the paperwork. Service records, what was fitted and where, and itemised invoicing that an insurer or a fire risk assessor can actually use.

We also do fire safety

Extinguishers, blankets, fire doors and the fire-rated hardware that holds them shut. We supply the kit, fit it properly, and come back to service it.
