Website design for barbers

A barbershop lives or dies on the chair being full. We build barbershop websites that put your prices, your barbers and your next free slot in front of someone who is standing on the high street with their phone out — and take the booking before they walk into the shop two doors down.

The problem

What usually goes wrong

Before we design anything, this is what we look for. Most barbers we speak to are losing money in the same three places.

The DM diary

Bookings arrive on Instagram at 11pm and get lost between messages. Nobody can see the day at a glance and two people end up in the same chair.

No-shows on a Saturday

The busiest chair of the week goes empty because a walk-in booked, forgot and never paid a penny for it.

Renting your own name

A marketplace ranks above you for your own shop name, then charges you for the client who was already yours.

What you get

What we build into a barbershop website

Every one of these is something we have shipped and something that changes the numbers — not a feature list copied off a competitor.

Book by barber, not just by service

Regulars pick their barber. The site shows each barber's own availability, day off and service list, so the right person gets the right booking.

Skin fade to full beard, priced on the page

A real service menu with durations and prices — the two things people search for before they choose a shop.

Deposits that end the Saturday no-show

Take a card deposit on peak slots only, or hold the card and charge only if they do not turn up. Your rules, per service.

Walk-in friendly

Show today's remaining slots on the homepage so a passer-by can see you have a 3:40 free and book it standing outside.

A shop shelf for pomade and beard oil

Sell product on the same site your booking customers already use, with click-and-collect at the chair.

Loyalty that survives a jacket pocket

A digital stamp card in Apple Wallet — ten cuts, one free — that cannot be lost in a wash.

Site structure

The pages a barbershop usually needs

We build the pages that earn their place. Each one has a job — to rank for something specific, to answer a real question, or to take a booking — and nothing is padding.

Included free · our own platform

Webukit is included, free, for as long as we look after your site

Webukit is our own platform — the control room behind every site we build. Most agencies hand you a brochure and leave. We hand you a website that takes bookings, takes money, remembers your customers and keeps them coming back, and we do not charge you a monthly platform fee for it.

Bookings

Chair-level availability, buffers between cuts, and a diary your barbers can see on their phones.

Deposits

Per-service deposit rules — nothing on a £15 trim, £10 on a two-hour restyle.

Loyalty

Stamp cards in Apple and Google Wallet, in your shop's colours.

Retail

Pomades, oils and clippers on the same checkout as the booking.

Our work

Real sites, really live

Not mock-ups and not a stock-photo portfolio — these are working businesses you can visit right now, taking real bookings and real payments through the platform we build on.

How it works

How a Webetzy site gets built

Most agencies hand you a login and disappear. We load your services, connect your payments and stay on the other end of a message.

Tell us about the business

One form, ten minutes. Your services, your prices, your area and what you want the site to do.

We design it around your business

A real designer builds your layout, your palette and your copy from your services, your room and your customers — not from a stock template.

Everything loaded and connected

Services, prices, staff, menus, products, Stripe, Google Business Profile. You do not have to type any of it in.

Live, and looked after

We publish it, submit it to Google, and keep it running. Changes are a message, not an invoice.

Pricing

Prices start at £150

That is the real number for a barbershop website. Bigger sites — a 400-product shop, a 40-page SEO estate, a bespoke booking flow — cost more, and we tell you what before we start. There is never a monthly platform fee for Webukit while we look after your site.

FAQ

Barbers website questions

How much does a barbershop website cost?

Webetzy barbershop sites start from £150. That is the build — design, copy, your services loaded, and the booking system connected. Webukit, the booking and loyalty platform behind it, is included free for as long as we look after the site.

Can customers book a specific barber?

Yes. Each barber has their own availability, days off and service list, and regulars can book straight to their usual chair. You can also allow an 'any barber' option for people who just want the soonest slot.

Will it stop no-shows?

It gives you the two tools that work: a card deposit taken at the moment of booking, and automatic reminders before the appointment. You choose which services need a deposit — most shops only protect the long, expensive slots.

Do I pay commission on bookings?

No. Bookings come through your own website and payments land in your own Stripe account. There is no per-booking cut and no marketplace fee.

Can I keep taking walk-ins?

Yes. The diary handles both. You can leave gaps unbookable online, cap how far ahead people can book, and add walk-ins from the app while the customer is in the chair.

Search terms

People find this page by searching

If any of these is what brought you here, you are in the right place — and this is exactly the kind of page we build for our clients so their customers find them the same way.

Locations

Website design for barbers, town by town

Local search is won locally. We build a page for the place you actually trade in, because 'near me' results are decided by relevance to a specific area — not by how many towns you list in a footer.

Other trades we build for

The platform is the same; the thinking is not. Every trade below has its own page because every trade sells differently.
