Nineteen flats, one owner, no middleman
Oliver Brooks is a small family operation letting nineteen apartments across four central London addresses. We are not an agency and we do not run a call centre. When you book here, you are booking with the person who owns the flat.
What "direct" actually saves you
Listing sites charge the guest a service fee — usually 14–16% — and the host a commission on top. Book on this site and neither exists. On a five-night stay that is often the difference between £600 and £700.
Why the calendar is trustworthy
Our apartments are also on Airbnb and Booking.com. All three calendars are synced through one system every fifteen minutes, so a night sold anywhere stops selling everywhere. You will not be called the day after booking to be told it has gone.
Self check-in, every time
Key safes on every door. Your code and directions land by email the moment the booking is confirmed, and again on the morning you arrive. Land at 1am if you need to — nobody has to wait up.
The standard
Everything finished recently
Every flat in the portfolio has been stripped back and refitted in the last two years — new kitchens, new bathrooms, new beds and furniture that was chosen rather than bought by the pallet.
Full kitchens
Oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, kitchenware, and a washing machine in almost every flat.
Proper beds
King and double beds with hotel linen, changed for every stay, plus towels and toiletries.
Wi-Fi that works
Fibre in every building. People work from these flats for weeks at a time — it has to hold up.
