Book direct
The same flat, without the middleman
Listing sites take a cut of every booking and it comes out of the nightly rate you pay. This site is ours, so it doesn't.
No commission
Booking here goes straight to us. There is no 15–20% platform fee layered on top, and the number you see at checkout is the number that leaves your account.
A real person
You get the owner's phone number, not a support queue. Late flight, early bag drop, an extra night — ask and it usually happens.
One live calendar
Our availability here, on Airbnb and on Booking.com is one calendar, synced every fifteen minutes. If this site says it's free, it's free.

Questions we get every week
How do I check in?
Every apartment has self check-in with a key safe or lockbox. You get the code and step-by-step directions by email as soon as your booking is confirmed, and again the morning of arrival. Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am, and we'll usually flex either end if the flat is free.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. Booking on this site goes straight to us, so there is no platform commission on top of the nightly rate — that is typically 15–20% saved versus the same flat on a listing site. The price you see is the price you pay.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights on most apartments. Longer stays are welcome — we let flats by the week and by the month, and there are better rates for stays over 14 nights. Message us for a monthly quote.
Are the apartments self-contained?
Most are: your own front door, your own kitchen and your own bathroom. A few of the larger flats in Aldgate and on Edgware Road are also let room-by-room, with a shared kitchen — the page for each apartment says exactly which it is.
Do you take groups, contractors or families?
All three. The Aldgate penthouses sleep six and eight, several flats have two bedrooms, and there are seven apartments in the same building on Edgware Road so a large group can book two or three side by side. Contractor and relocation stays are quoted monthly.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel more than five days before check-in and you get a full refund, cleaning fee included. Inside five days we'll always try to re-let the dates and refund what we can. The exact policy is shown before you pay.
Where exactly are the apartments?
Four locations: Brick Lane (E1), Shoreditch (E2), Aldgate on Commercial Road (E1) and Edgware Road in W2. Each apartment page has the neighbourhood, the nearest stations with walking times, and a map. The full address is sent on booking.
Is parking available?
There is no private parking at any of the buildings — all four are in controlled parking zones. Every apartment is within a five to twelve minute walk of a tube or Overground station, which is genuinely faster in central London.
Not sure which one?
Tell us the dates and how many of you there are — we'll tell you what's free and what it costs, usually within the hour.
